Capital Reinforcing investment creates additional working space at its works

Capital Reinforcing has made a significant investment in extending its current site in Bromborough. The work began on the extension to the site in August 2023, with the excavation of the existing site levels to ensure the entire extension of the site would properly drain.

We had over 4,000 m2 of Concrete to lay using Reinforcing Mesh to help strengthen the slab which will be taking a lot of heavy traffic, especially with consideration to our operations.

The work had taken just over two months and we now have marked up trailer bays along with trailer stops to help the drivers to judge how far back they need to maneuver into position.

We not have space to store over 60 trailers on site, this is a mixture of Capital Reinforcing’s own fleet and our Transport partners Swains.

The additional site space has allowed the company to store more product and more trailers with completed work, helping us achieve our targeted output of 70,000 tonnes per annum.
